Paul Wijninga is Senior advisor Innovation at Agentschap Telecom, the Radiocommunications Agency of the Netherlands, part of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. He started his career within Agentschap Telecom in 2000 as software developer. In his current position he combines his background in Physics and ICT to modernize Spectrum allocation processes, Regulation & monitoring of frequency usage and the Standardizations on equipment and devices.
His actual activities concern the Introduction of 5G, Cybersecurity of Internet of Things (IoT) equipment, and Artificial Intelligence.
